HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

There you will find detailed information on the sizing measurements for all our products, as well as helpful tips on how to take your own measurements accurately. We recommend taking a few minutes to review this page before making a purchase so that you can select the best size for yourself.
Precious gemstones can be available upon request. We will work with you to recommend the best unique options that fit into your budget while creating customized designs according to your desires.
Yes. However, while both offer a variety of products, the selection available online is a smaller subset of the items available in-store. Any product sold on either platform is immediately taken out of both online and in-store stock.
For most orders, we aim to deliver within the next working day. However, for rings, please allow up to three working days for delivery as our team needs time to contact you first in order to determine your desired ring size and then implement the modification onto the ordered ring.

CAN YOU DELIVER DIFFERENT SIZES FOR ME TO TRY?
We understand that you may be looking for a product to fit your specific needs, however, we are unable to deliver different sizes for you to try. We apologize for the inconvenience.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
Currently, paying cash on delivery is the only available payment method (we are working on adding more payment methods). Customers have the option of paying our couriers with debit/credit cards as well, making it a convenient and safe way to make payments. Additionally, order information can be reviewed in real-time in your account on the website, allowing customers to quickly review their order status.

Our couriers have passed a thorough background check and are trained to handle deliveries with the utmost care. To guarantee your package is handled with the upmost safety, our delivery couriers are employed directly by us and adhere to strict safety protocols.
ARE PRICES CALCULATED AS WORKMANSHIP PER GRAM OR PER PIECE?
Although the price per gram is used to calculate the final cost for each piece, each piece has a unique workmanship cost. We want our customers to rest assured that they are buying quality pieces at fair prices.
